Privacy Policy

TL;DR — UGCio stores all your data locally on your device. We don't collect personal information, have no user accounts, and don't send your data to any server. The only external communication is push notification tokens managed by Apple's push notification service.

1. Information We Collect

UGCio is designed with a privacy-first approach. Here's what we do and don't collect:

Stored locally on your device only:

• Profile information (name, username, bio, avatar photo)
• Portfolio content and images you add
• Rate cards and deliverable pricing
• Brand deal tracking and notes
• Invoices you create
• Testimonials you add
• App preferences and notification settings

This data is stored using on-device storage (AsyncStorage) and never leaves your device. We cannot access, read, or recover this data.

Push notification tokens:

If you enable push notifications, Apple's Push Notification service (APNs) generates a device token to deliver local notifications such as deal reminders and weekly digests. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on-device. We do not operate a push notification server and do not store or transmit your device token to any external service.

2. Information We Don't Collect

UGCio does not collect:

• Email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• Crash reports or diagnostics
• Advertising identifiers
• Any data from third-party services

3. No Accounts or Servers

UGCio does not require you to create an account. There is no login, no registration, and no server-side storage. Your data exists solely on your device.

4. Photos and Camera

UGCio requests access to your camera and photo library so you can add content to your portfolio and set a profile photo. Photos you select are stored on-device and are not uploaded to any server.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You can delete all app data at any time from Settings → Clear All Data within the app.
• Uninstalling UGCio removes all stored data permanently.
• We have no ability to retain or recover your data after deletion.

6. Third-Party Services

UGCio does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app uses the following system-level services:

• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — for on-device notification scheduling only
• Expo — build and development framework (no runtime data collection)

7. Children's Privacy

UGCio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
